Talent templates, Item suggestions, Adventurer Rerolling

New Adventurer Generation Features:

- Added an upgrade in the altar to allow adventurers to be rerolled at the cost of holy water.  Cost will increase each time it is used in short succession and decrease over time while it is not being used.
- Added an upgrade in the altar to allow adventurers to be retrained at the cost of essence.  Retraining will preserve the classes available but reroll their levels and stats.

Bug fixes and quality of life:

- Added the ability to save and load talent templates from the talent menu.  To save a template, choose the talents that you would like to save, click the "+" icon in the bottom right of the talent window, and drag the cursor to the icon you would like to save your template with.
- Added the ability to clear your selected talents from the talent menu.
- Added the ability to equip suggested items from the equip menu.
- Added the ability to clear all equipped items from the equip menu.
- Fixed a bug allowing locked talent augments to be selected from the preview mode
- Fixed a bug preventing unit tooltips from updating on initial load
